  A recent visitor to Cambridge Leadership College summed up their leadership approach when exclaiming "that's REAL Business Studies". I had just described my role as a leadership coach in developing the students' awareness of their own and others' interpersonal skills through teamwork. We went on to talk about situational management, personnel and organisation development. I am pleased to say he was impressed as I was when I first met this inspirational team and their enthusiastic students.

  The students at this college are being prepared for life in a way that is likely to change the world. The teaching methods are groundbreaking, the philosophy a guiding principle of behaviour in every arena. Every aspect of this college is exciting, not least because everything is geared at sharing opportunities for a first class education with students all over the world, using technology to make it affordable and accessible.
