  I bought ready made curtains from Laura Ashley online store. When received I opened and I wasn't happy with the pattern it's actually blank pattern compare to pictures online and curtains very thin. I was not happy with overal look of them. Herein I took them back to Arcade shopping center in Cambridge store asking a refund or exchange to other curtains I liked in a shop.
  Sale assistant Hannah was very rude and have ended conversation with me " how about you go away and i call my department" after I said I can call customer services and see what they would like me to do in this case.
  The problem was that curtains which I bought 2 Days ago I have opened and didn't bring grey color bag it was delivered to my adress.
  I fee it's not fair to not being able to refund curtains without a grey delivery bag!!!! At the end of the day all I wanted to refund is unused curtains!
  I feel ignored and disrespected in this store. I don't recommend to buy anything from Laura Ashley shops to anyone and me as a regular shopper here I don't plan to ever shop here again!
