  One of your drivers today did you a massive disservice in parking on double yellow lines in a narrow road in Cambridge today 12/08/15 approx. 10.00 am, having brought the road network to a holt he proceeded to wheel a trolley to a shop and grinning to the bus load of passengers that were held up behind his van for 20 mins and horns blowing from all directions could be heard. he returned after 15 mins with empty trolley and then calmly got a small package out of the cab and walked off again for 5 mins, Many passengers got out of the bus and began hurrying to their destinations, at no time did he apologise to anyone. I believe part of the number plate was KZN but I'm sure you will know the culprit. Not good.
