  Abbotts and particularly Garry has been one of the most efficient, professional, pro active and approachable guys, I have ever seen and dealt with before. I have been in the property space for so many years and have been truly impressed by the level of professionalism, honesty and integrity that Abbotts have shown in my dealings. Would be very happy to recommend and suggest Abbotts and particularly Garry to anyone who is wanting to rent his property or take the property on rent!

  Unprofessional and unfriendly service, tenants and landlords beware!
  High fees for doing absolutely nothing. They only call when they want the tenant to agree to something, are very rude and bully you into agreement, but ignore any requests going the other way. No information when moving out. Could NOT GET DEPOSIT back and no response to my email asking about the deposit for 3 weeks. Repeatedly had to call their deposits branch in Norwich, who always told me they would call me back but never did. Finally had to go through MyDeposits and adjudication to get my deposit back (3.5 months after moving out!!!). And yes, I understand it's the landlord who has to release the deposit, but you guys clearly don't bother to chase the landlord about it or email to explain the situation AT ANY POINT IN TIME. Watch out as they put the deposit into a scheme that's only insured (landlord actually keeps the money), which creates an incentive for the landlord to hold on to the deposit and have the tenant have to claim it back through adjudication!!!! In my adjudication, the landlord didn't even bother to present any response, they were clearly just trying to hold on to the money as long as they could!
  
  That's Countrywide for you - they charge you the maximum (also if you want a reference for having paid rent on time!) but do the minimum.

  Sarah & the Lettings team were professional throughout when it came to listing my property for rent. Sarah was always in constant communication updating me on the letting process, helpful with advice and honest. Garry also updated me and done their best to try and find tenants for me. Very dedicated and I would recommend and use again. Thanks guys.
